Srinagarindra Dam Hydropower Plant
Srinagarindra Dam hydroelectric power plant is located a little north of Erawan National Park. The drive up to the dam is a very beautiful ride and along the river there are several resorts.
The purpose of the dam is river regulation and hydropower production. The dam's power plant has a capacity of 720 megawatts. The dam was named after Princess Srinagarindra.
